services, facilities management, and aviation. Transguard Group is the UAE's
most recognized business support and outsourcing service, with 50,000 people
from all cultures!
We are now looking for an Operations Manager in Retails and Hospitality to join
our Transguard Security Services team at our headquarters in DAFZA, Dubai
Airport Free Zone.
Scope:
The Operations Manager at Transguard Security Services oversees and runs
day-to-day operations within their designated operations divisions, with a
focus on needed BU and customer demands.
The person will be responsible for a workforce of over 1,000 people. They will
guarantee the smooth delivery of services to valued customers, adhering to
agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs. They will have to satisfy the clients' expectations
while adhering to all company processes and criteria. Lead the operations team
while also guiding and supporting coordinators, site supervisors, and
developing site SOPs and assignments. Ensure quality standards, timely
contractual deployment, revenue management, invoicing, and no commercial penalties
for the company. To prevent penalties and infractions, ensure complete
compliance with SIRA regulations. Make sure to evaluate all internal procedures
and data management, such as data dump, payroll, and Power BI, plan and
forecast attrition, and ensure that yearly leave does not impact contract
profitability.
Maintaining effective communication with the customer through various channels,
such as weekly and monthly meetings, is crucial.
Assist the Account Manager with all aspects of executing the section's goals
and operations, including cost-effectiveness and compliance delivery, as well
as excellence in security services throughout the Transguard Group and to all
of their partners, clients, and customers.
Maintain and operate the monthly budgets and profit and loss accounts for all
division contracts, which includes providing all bills to clients and customers
and tracking any spending, such as local orders.
The Accounts Manager should conduct monthly account reviews. They are
responsible for estimating and collecting revenue from all billable roles.
Responding to customer inquiries about billing and other business matters.
I aid the account manager in determining the appropriate cost for services, all
the while crafting business proposals for new clients and customers.
I have overall responsibility for contract service delivery and performance,
quality assurance, and KPI attainment.
I am responsible for day-to-day contact with customers about service delivery,
scope, KPIs, and agreed-upon SLAs.
Arrange weekly or monthly meetings with clients, as well as document,
circulate, and monitor agreed-upon tasks and meeting agendas. Operations
coordinators, DOCs, and SOCs assist in addressing and resolving contractual
violations or customer complaints.
We held a kickoff meeting, mobilized the new contract, and established the
scope, operations strategy, and service delivery methodology with the account
managers.
Responsible for effectively delivering contractual services. Initial project
planning includes logistics. Responsibilities include sourcing equipment and
machinery for projects, conducting monthly site inspections, and giving input
to account managers and team supervisors as needed.
Ensure the validity of all licenses, oversee their renewals, and ensure the
licensing of workers deployed across various sites.
Conduct frequent site audits to clarify and confirm all TGSS needs and
standards.
Adhere to all internal processes and procedures, compliance with group
policies, and enforcement of business units and group laws and regulations,
including a fair working environment and the group CSR goal.
Focusing on CI Discuss saving ideas with account managers. Identify the desired
candidate profiles.
You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail and
hospitality industries, which should include at least 2 years in security
operations.
Required certificates (if any): Requirements: a higher secondary or university
degree, attestation from the home country, and a UAE MOFA license for SIRA managers.
