Job Description.
Operational responsibilities المهام التشغيلية
1. Collaborate with the business (projects and departments) to identify,
collect, and record their needs for EA and lead the efforts in the overall
adoption of the program.
2. Create, administer, and improve the Enterprise Architecture (EA) metamodel
and repository.
3. Lead dispute resolution across numerous EA projects and the EA repository,
ensuring Customs' overarching goal remains intact.
4. Own enterprise-level business components in the EA repository and become
their custodian.
5. Work cooperatively with projects and departments to help in business process
analysis and design, ensuring compliance with the EA Platform.
6. Provide subject matter knowledge for business processes in given domains
(project or department).
7. Create, build, and simulate business process models using Dubai Customs' EA
platform, coordinating talks with relevant projects and departments.
8. Work closely with technical architects to identify, sequence, and install
critical technologies.
9. Research and offer ideas and ways that support Dubai Customs' aims.
10. deliver subject matter knowledge in solutions and models that span business
unit and department boundaries to deliver a holistic approach to EA, exploiting
synergies for a competitive benefit.
11. Complete any other relevant responsibilities as given by the direct
supervisor on schedule, with dependability, honesty, and discretion.
Maintaining confidentiality in accordance with Dubai Customs' information
security rules and procedures, preventing disclosure or abuse of information.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar profession.
Experience
7 years of experience in relevant fields.
