Job Description.
We're looking for a careful and organized Documents Controller to join our
team. The papers Controller will be in charge of monitoring and regulating all
project papers, ensuring that they are accurate, up-to-date, and preserved
properly. The ideal applicant will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able
to operate well in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all project documentation.
Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up to date, and properly kept.
Maintain the document control registers and logs.
Distribute papers to internal teams and external partners as required, ensuring
compliance with applicable standards and requirements.
Assist with document review and approval procedures.
Assist project teams in handling papers.
Maintain confidentiality and security of materials.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Requirements for this position include expertise as a document controller and
knowledge of document management systems and processes.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and precision.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and document management applications.
