Job Description.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Coordinate with subcontractors and resolve any technical issues.
· Attend weekly technical meetings with subcontractors and compile meeting
minutes for record.
· Managed a team of draftsmen and prepared architectural shop drawings for
submittal.
· Request for Information (RFI) as necessary.
· Submit content as specified and get consultant clearance.
· Attending progress meetings with project engineers.
· Ensure work is completed in accordance with specifications, drawings, method
statements, and local authority regulations. Issue internal memos as needed.
· Inspecting site for civil, structural, infrastructure, and finishing work,
such as water proofing, painting, block work, plaster, insulation boards, floor
finishes, landscape works, roads, pavers, kerbs, parking layouts, curtain
walling, and cladding.
· Review tender drawings/contracts for updated information before creating shop
drawings.
· Create an approval record for shop drawings based on project plans.
Desired Candidate Profile.
Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering.
Capable of working and communicating well with coworkers at all levels,
superiors/managers, clients, and other external contacts.
Possess good writing and verbal communication abilities in English, with
competency in Arabic as an extra talent.
Has extensive knowledge and abilities in various software technical products,
including CAD, AutoCAD, and Adobe.
2 years of experience.
